PERSONAL TRAINING APPOINTMENTS
Each 60 minute session will be catered to what your needs are for that specific day. Personal Sessions can be used for exercise instruction, mind-body connection work, positive motivation, encouragement, movement assessments, etc. While one session can be helpful, a series of sessions is how progress is made.
We encourage participants to schedule appointments 2/week when starting out, if at all possible. There is a lot of information to cover, and this ensures that you have consistent exposure to the techniques and cuing to achieve positive gains quickly.
Starting a new fitness routine is not an easy task. There a lot of factors that come into play such as current level of fitness, past surgeries, current ailments, future goals, pain levels, etc… In order to get the prescription right, and to avoid doing too much, or too little, a thorough assessment is necessary. This Assessment Session does not have to be the first session (although it is nice to see exactly where you came in). These assessment sessions are designed to track progress and help keep you pushing you to do the hardest thing you do WELL. The extra time allows us to cover all the assessments and exercises prescription needed to make your next assessment your best yet!

These short 30 minute training sessions, targeted towards warming you up or cooling you down are perfect for your budget and your busy schedule! Avoid skipping your workouts and hold yourself accountable by using these sessions as a fitness place holder.
This 30 minute introductory consult is only for new clients. This is an opportunity for you to meet with Carrie to discuss your goals and whatever personal information needed to know, to better help you to reach your goals.
This class targets the Posture & Core with various body weight movements to activate your balance, strength, and mobility all while leaving you feeling connected and refreshed. Great for beginners, but equally challenging for intermediate & advanced levels.
This intermediate class is designed to get you moving using weights and resistance bands. Learn how to move with strength and confidence as you are safely challenged to do the hardest thing you do well! Avoid the pains of a boot camp workout, and feel better after each session with a posture sculpting class.
This advanced class is designed to get you moving using weights and resistance bands. In an effort to keep the training level high, you will be required to obtain permission from the instructor before enrolling this class.
If you would like to try it out, start in the intermediate-level Posture Sculpt classes and let the instructor know you are interested in the advanced class. They will let you know what steps can be taken to achieve entry into the advanced class.
This class serves as an entry point to all Transformative Training Classes. You will learn beginner movements and fundamental concepts in a small class setting to ensure that you are able to perform most exercises proficiently. Individualized instruction will prepare you to transition into other classes that fit your health and wellness goals best.
