Meet Carrie
Carrie Seifert is a Certified Strength Coach with a special interest in Rehabilitative Fitness and Wellness. After graduating from James Madison University in 2001, with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition, Carrie spent the last 20 years training various elite athletes (Women’s Volleyball and other rotational sports), instructing Physical Therapy patients as a Therapeutic Exercise Trainer and providing personalized Strength Coaching. Her use of the most advanced training tools, combined with her posture strengthening techniques, help teach her clients better awareness about how their bodies work and move.
Blending traditional teaching and cutting-edge core activating techniques, TT provides a multi-pronged instructional philosophy that helps people live more fulfilling lives with less pain, through sustainable, posture-based exercise with the foundational elements being Posture and Core, complemented by the 4 pillars- Balance, Strength, Mobility, and Mindset.
